Terms & Conditions
The payment method that we have is through bank transfer (PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, BNI only) and PayPal (tax include), deposite room booking is 50% of the price, and the rest at check in, either cash or using a VISA credit card and Master Card. We apply the payment by Rupiah (IDR), the comparison of currencies that you have, you can see on the BNI Currency website.
Cancellations made by guests due to any reason, full loss of 50% deposite, and cancellation from our side on the basis of things we cannot be handled, such as natural disasters, and others, and changes to government regulations for a moment which of course we will try to fix, we will return a full 50% deposite, but we will as soon as possible to give info to you.
Villa rental in full and standard:
We also have a full rental service for villa with a minimum of 3 nights, with a maximum of 20-25 guests, and a standard rental of at least 1 night, a maximum room standard of 2 guest for each room, and 5 maximum guests in a family room. Extra bed requests will be charged IDR 350,000 / bed.
Check in and Check out:
Guests check in at 12.00 a.m., and check out at 12.00 a.m., special requests can be submitted to our e-mail, and all remaining payments will be made at check-in.
Day replacement and room:
Maximum day and room changes are made 3 days before the agreed day from the beginning, and will be processed according to the availability of the appropriate or similar room, without any charge, but if the day and room changes occur or there is a difference in price, if the room price is more expensive will be added to the invoice at check in, and if the room replacement is cheaper, the bill will be reduced when check in.
Special request :
Special requests can be discussed directly or discussed by e-mail such as:
- – Request for security guards.
- – Lunch and dinner (you can contact us via email for the price)
- – Mattress for babies
- – Transportation
Guest Behavior – House Rules:
- – Obey with all local environmental regulations, Balinese culture, and government
- – Maximum limits for parties, sound systems and crowds at 23.00 p.m. , according to discussion and conditions agreed with the Villa and those concerned
- – It is strictly prohibited without exception, carrying and using drugs, excessive alcoholic beverages, deadly weapons and other lethal weapons, and prostitution
- – Do not enter guests outside the initial agreement, do not make the event without we know.
- – Maintain order, politeness, and respect for fellow guests and each other.
- – No smoking in the area of the Villa (except in the yard outside the villa, and respect for each other’s circumstances)
- – Don’t bring animals
- – Not allowed to sleep outside each room, (such as a living room or lounge)
- – Treat our staff with respect, humanity, sexual or physical abuse
Damage and replacement of goods:
If there is damage caused by a guest error, or a visitor who comes to meet the guest, whatever the type of damage that occurs, and the damage is permanent, then the cost of the damage will be borne by the guest 100% according to the purchase price without exception, and if the damage occurs due to a natural disaster, damage that occurs to both the property of the guest or the villa, the loss will be borned by self, including injuries incurred.
All data that you provide or use in the booking process or transaction with us, we will maintain it, in so far as both parties agree and comply with all applicable regulations and provisions.
Feedback and complaints:
We are very serious and work hard to develop and maintain the consistency of our villa services, so that we can always give the best for you, maintain your satisfaction and comfortable while in our villa, so we are very grateful and appreciate to get support and advice who can build us.

All types of complaints that are related, such as intentional or not our staff errors, facilities cannot function suddenly, and do not match expectations, or things that we cannot immediately reach, or from things from outside we will response as soon as possible and we will try to do the best for you, because maintaining a reputation, existence and good name is very important for a business, so we invite you to send us an email and within 24 hours to 48 hours from the message that goes to email us, we will process as well as possible for mutual convenience.
